​​A Heart Like Ava is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity committed to honoring the life of six month old Ava Mae Lasseter, who lost her battle with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) on May 23, 2014. The mission of A Heart Like Ava is to provide support for other families of children fighting CHD, to spread CHD awareness, and to help fund CHD research.
